Artist Statement

A Year of Hope is a daily photoblog showing my life through photos. As a sequel to H20 - Hope at 20 and what will soon be H21, H22, and H23, I hope to continue showing American culture through my point of view and show patterns and personal growth in my life.

Over the years I have been taking photos since 2004 with H20, I have:

-) Worked four jobs
-) Changed majors twice
-) Graduated twice
-) Lost 72-82 pounds
-) Learned to drive
-) Gotten into 3 car accidents
-) Traveled a lot locally
-) Moved 2 times
-) Changed schools
